Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final balance. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up! However, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice without losing your deposit.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay in full before rebooking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 10-minute grace period, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

Health and Eligibility

For safety reasons, clients must meet the following requirements:
✔️ Must be 18 years or older (ID may be required).
✔️ Must not be pregnant or nursing.
✔️ Must not have any active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, severe acne) in the treatment area.
✔️ Must be off Accutane for at least 6 months.
✔️ If you have any medical conditions that may be in complication with PMU, please consult with your doctor before booking. A patch test is available upon request.
